We ship to most countries, if in doubt contact customer service. 

 

Delivery time

We ship orders on workdays, Monday - Friday. If you place your order before 11 am, your product will be shipped the same day. Orders after 11 am, will be shipped on the following working day.*

When you receive your shipment information email, it usually takes between 3-5 days before you receive your order. 

*Handling time/delivery may vary on holidays and during sale periods. 

 

Tracking

You will receive your order number in the order confirmation email, the tracking information will be sent both in the shipment confirmation email and directly from our shipping service DHL.

DHL will send you your tracking/delivery information in a text message before arrival. Be aware that all our orders are delivered directly to your doorstep. 

The link provided in the message will allow you to choose the preferred delivery method and time of delivery. 

 

Return

30-day free return from the day you received your order.
The shipment includes a pre-paid return label from DHL for an easy and free return.
*This assumes that your package can be delivered to a DHL Service Point for return

 

No hidden costs

Products are sold including all taxes and duties, there is no additional cost to what you see in the checkout. 

 

Return policy

If you change your mind, you can easily return the unused product within 30 days and get a full refund.  

How to return your order

  1. Fill in the return form that was included in your order, with the number that best explains the reason for your return. 
  2. Place the return form together with the shoebox(es) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box, e.g the one you got from Gaitline.com 
    For your notice to claim the right of return, the shoes are to be returned in original packaging. The shoes may not have been worn, altered, or washed and all tags must be attached. 
  3. Attach the self-adhesive return label to your parcel and return your parcel at a DHL Drop off point. To find your closest drop off point see tracking dialog with DHL (text message) or see https://www.dhl.com/en/contact_center/contact_express.html  
    If by any chance your order did not include a self-adhesive return label please contact DHL. 
    *This assumes that your package can be delivered to a DHL Service Point for return. 
    In areas that DHL Express do not cover, the customer is responsible for the return.

Refund

We will handle your return as fast as possible, but please be aware it may take up to 2 weeks before receiving the refund.

Once the return is handled and approved, you will receive the refund by the same payment method you chose during the purchase. Returned claims without return form may be rejected.
